Of course, if the spring is broken, it can be replaced, but the specifications of each spring are different. It has been determined in the design. The springs should not be easily replaced with each other in use. The spring may be out of force after a period of mold production, and the spring with poor quality may be broken in the mold.
Generally, the compression of the die spring is calculated according to 300000 times, that is to say, the die may have no force after 300000 times. Of course, the service life of the general stamping die is not that long, and it can also be calculated according to the maximum compression. If it is calculated according to the maximum compression, it can only ensure that the spring does not explode in the die. The die is pressed to death, which is also good for the flatness of the product.
