Claas KGaA mbh2014 received an inquiry from Claas company. The technical personnel of the company actively analyzed the drawings, and the sales personnel made a timely quotation, and soon reached a preliminary cooperation intention with the customer. Subsequently, after efforts, the company successfully passed the comprehensive audit by the auditors of Claas's German headquarters, and began to submit the first batch of samples at the end of 2014. At the beginning of 2015, our samples successfully passed the customer's test and installation test. At the same time, we received an invitation to the supplier meeting from Claas headquarters. At the beginning of 2015, we had the honor to attend the supplier conference held at the headquarters in Germany and visited Claas's production base in Germany, which improved our further understanding of customer needs and provided valuable information for better customer service in the future. At present, we have supplied springs to Claas factories in Germany and France. In the future, we will strive to become a high-quality supplier and long-term strategic partner for all Claas production bases.
